The 8th grade is spearheading a community drive to collect much-needed items for hurricane relief in Puerto Rico. From October 3-5, students are encouraged to bring in disposable diapers, batteries, Band-Aids/bandages, and/or gauze to donate. All items must be new, unopened, and not contain any liquids.
Update: We’ve tallied the donations—altogether, we collected 2,947 individual diapers, 8,668 Band-Aids, 647 batteries, and 87 packs of gauze. Thanks to everyone for helping with this community service effort!
